We believe passionately in trying to keep our food waste to a minimum. We compost all raw vegetable waste and coffee grounds, we use recycled, unbleached paper products, use eco cleaning products, and are reducing single-use plastics. Where possible, we work with local suppliers to reduce our carbon footprint.
All to reduce collective harm on the environment with the aim of reversing damage already caused.
We are all responsible for our planet, and the production of food is a key element.
Of course, taking responsibility requires more care, thought and effort, but small changes can make a big difference.
